While waiting for my daughter to get finished with her volunteering duties at the Discovery Center, I decided to take advantage of the time, grabbed my camera and saw some truly cool things today. There is this one bird that I love shooting. It just sits there and doesn’t seem to startle very easily. I even made a little noise to get it to look my way. My daughter came out to see what I was doing and she just happened to see the most amazing thing: four raccoons walking on this pipe that crosses over the wetlands. I had just shot some ducks on there (with my camera, ha ha) and these little critters came right behind them. I’ve never seen them there before and it may never happen again!
