This little chapel is part of Cannonsburgh Village in Murfreesboro, TN. It’s a neat pioneer village that is a made up of different types of old buildings: a schoolhouse, mill, postoffice, general store, doctor’s office, and a little white church. This place is also a favorite place of photographers in this area and on the [...]
KodachromeI love photography. It’s been a passion of mine for a long time, even before I realized that I loved it so much. Growing up, my brother and I always had a camera in our face. My dad loved to take pictures too and I’m lucky to have so many of my family showing all [...] |

They, however, went through elementary school, middle school, and high school together. It wasn’t until a few years ago that they reconnected and now they are getting married!! All Kinds of CrittersWhile waiting for my daughter to get finished with her volunteering duties at the Discovery Center, I decided to take advantage of the time, grabbed my camera and saw some truly cool things today. A Walk on the BeachA view of our last day on the beach. It was a great vacation but was missing one vital person: my husband. Being away from each other for extended amounts of time is never easy and some know that we have a had our share of these times. But his arrival home is close at [...] |
Chihuly Nights (and Days)Cheekwood Botanical Gardens is hosting a beautiful glass display featuring the work of Dale Chihuly until October 2010. This has been in the works for years and was no easy thing to accomplish. Several photog friends and myself went to Chihuly nights and it was so beautiful to see at night all lit up. |
Sorry for the MessI’m trying to decide what to do with my blog and in the meantime it’s a little bare bones. I think I’ve found a look I like and I’m currently in the process of converting over to a new look. Hope to get it up and running soon! ~Rhonda |

It’s Summer, It’s Hot, It’s My Dog Petey!!It’s a pet theme week at I Heart Faces. This shot captures the very essence of our dog’s personality. He’s definitely a cool dog, as smart as they come, and in this picture was super hot from this excruciating heat we’ve been having in middle Tennessee. Check out the rest of the pet entries at [...] |
